Would the work cost more than your Quote?
No, we try to inform each customer of all costs before beginning the job. If you are unable to supply us with complete information, we will provide worst and best case scenario quotations so that you are mindful of the job’s highest potential costs. Please keep in mind that any further work done during the project will be charged extra. We make every effort to ensure that there are no secret or additional charges for our clients. Before we begin a job, we want to ensure that you consider the costs of both jobs, supplies, and waste.


Do you arrange all the timings for project?
We plan all project timelines to meet the needs of our clients. We would make an effort to operate with as little disruption as possible. We create a schedule for you at the start of each job and check in with you each week to ensure that we are on track and under budget.


Are all materials supplied?
We would first give a preliminary approximation to our clients. If you respond with an interest, we would be happy to estimate the materials as well. We will negotiate with you which supplies we are responsible for and order/deliver them to the job site at no extra expense. Typically, we will organize all construction materials, including wood and paints, as well as adhesives, sealants, and fixings.
