When do you expect the property to be completed?
Depending on the urgency we can strategies a plan for us to make your home as soon as possible. However we usually give a time frame of 6 months to ensure everything is done according to the way you want it.
What is included with the new home warranty?
The new home warranty is intended to give you peace of mind that any issues in your home will be resolved. The warranty is usually for ten years, with the first two years covering work completed by the builder, known as the ‘defects’ insurance span. The structural insurance term lasts from years three to ten. It is a smart idea to ask the new home builder what is and isn’t insured, as well as how long it is covered for.

It’s a good idea to inquire ahead of time what, if any, restrictive covenants are in place so you know where you stand.

This could seem to be a ridiculous issue, but some building developers will want to persuade you to use their solicitor in order to close the deal as soon as possible, but you are free to choose your own if you choose.
